MY PROMISE TO CLIENTS:   I will serve my clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity, and will treat them with respect and courtesy.  I offer services in those areas in which I am qualified and will accurately represent those qualifications in both verbal and written communications.  When unable or unqualified  to fulfill request for services, I will make every effort to recommend someone that is qualified.

CONFIDENTIALITY:  I will keep confidential all client information, both business and personal.   I will use proprietary client information only with the client's permission.  

FEES: I will decide independently and communicate to my client in advance my fees and expenses, and will charge fees and expenses which I deem reasonable. I will make recommendations for products and services with my  clients best interest in mind.

PAYMENT POLICY:  20% of Estimated cost of project down when scheduling the appointment for the project.  30% the day I start the project and the remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project.  

PACKAGES WITH DISCOUNTS:  All package plans must be paid in full, in advance, no later than 48 hours prior to the day of the first session in order to receive the package plan discount.  No refunds will be given on packages for unused hours.  Hours will be put toward future maintenance or projects.  Client is responsible for any product purchase, moving charges (If we can't fit it in the back of my truck in one load) and dump charges.  No surprises or hidden fee's.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We must be notified in writing via e-mail 48 hours prior to appointment for a full refund.  Less than 48 hour notice in writing will result in forfeiting, no less than 20% of your estimated cost of the project.  No Shows (Not answering the door) will be considered as the project being completed and no refund will be awarded.  If Neat Freak Texas has to reschedule or cancel, a full refund will be awarded for services that have not been completed.

SHOPPING & PURCHASES:  For your convenience we will do the shopping for you.  Together we will discuss in detail, in advance what we are planning on purchasing.  We will charge you $10 or 10% of total cost of purchases, whichever is higher, for our time.  Payment  for both, our time and the total of the receipts is required upon receiving the merchandise.  Of course you are always welcome to do your own shopping.  We will discuss in detail what we need and where to get it in advance.
